21st December was the coldest day this winter. Nagpurians shivered on Saturday as the mercury dipped to 6.3 degrees Celsius. The fall in temperature is due to cold wave conditions prevailing over northwest India, the Meteorological Department said.The maximum temperature was at 28 degrees Celsius” it said. There is forecast of severe cold wave conditions at isolated places in Vidarbha.
