The Indian Science and Engineering Fair (INSEF) was organised by the Science Society of India across the country at various regional levels. The fair drew many entries of which 24 were selected for the presentation at the Belgaum Regional Fair. Students of the Bhavan’s B P Vidya Mandir, Ashti were amongst the 24 selected entries. Sparsh Badjate and Tejas Masne worked on a project namely ‘A novel synthesis of graphite nanopowder prepared by tea powder waste and study its characterisation’. The project will be presented at the National Fair in Rajkot on January 6, 2019. Both were presented with medals and certificates. Sparsh and Tejas received the guidance of their Physics teacher Samir Khule.
