Gondia drubbed Patel Cricket Club Nagpur by nine wickets in Royal Premier League Tennisball Cricket Tournament at BCS ground, here on Thursday.
Batting first Patel CC scored 44 in 8 overs. Imran Pathan (10) was the main scorer. For Gondia, Sourabh claimed three wickets for nine runs whereas Vicky and Abhishek were chipped in with two each.
In reply, Gondia chased down the target losing just one wicket. Thanks to Vijay who slammed 9-ball 23. Prithvi Singh (14) ably supported him. In another match, Manali Brothers Bhopal drubbed Patel CC by eight wickets. Sohail who slammed 44 in 20 balls was declared man-of-the-match.
Secretary of Thomas Church Vijay Sutar, president of Royal Cricket Associaiton Sameer Gangoonwala, secretary Irfan Razzak, Rohit Kaisalwar and Vinay Amrute distribted the prizes.
