A blood donation camp was organized by the NSS unit of the Dr. M. K. Umathe College to mark the 96th birth anniversary of Dr. M . K. Umathe also known as Annsaheb Umathe. Kishor Umathe, secretary, Satimata Shikshan Sanstha inaugurated the camp. Manda Umathe , President was the chief guest of  the event. Omkar Umathe, member of the sanstha was also prominently present at the event. Orator of the occasion was  Principal Dr. D V Naik. Along with Dr. D.S. Sukhadeve, Dr. Pritee Umathe and Dr. Kalpana Tekade , teaching and no-teaching staff and as well as the ex-students were also present. NSS Programme Officer Prof. Sameer Naim conducted the proceedings in the event whereas Prof. Vinod Khedkar proposed a word of appreciation.
