Dr. APJ ABDUL KALAM INTERNATIONAL ESSAYWRITING CONTEST ORGANIZED BY G H RAISONI UNIVERSITY, AMRAVATI IN COLLABORATION WITH IFIM COLLEGE, BENGALURU
Looking at the present need, G H Raisoni University, Amravati, persistently endeavours to
give the best to the student community. To achieve this objective G H Raisoni University, Amravati in association with IFIM College, Bengaluru, organized the prestigious Dr. APJ ABDUL KALAM INTERNATIONAL LEVEL ESSAY-WRITING CONTEST on 29th Dec 2018 (Saturday) to showcase the writing skills of the participants and apply their lessons from the class room to real world. The first phase of the event started at 9:30 am and closed at 2:00 pm. Around 200 students from all streams of 10 different schools from Amravati City participated in the Contest. The examination hall was jam-packed with the participants due to overwhelming response.
The Result of the Competition will be declared in the month of March 2019. The programme was conducted in a very smooth manner and appreciated by everyone who attended and witnessed the programme. It was evident that the students were highly excited and they enjoyed the programme to the fullest. The teachers of different schools along with their students and parents attended the programme.
The Event was coordinated by Prof. Chetan Bobade, HoD- Electrical Engineering and the Event convener was Dr. Bindoo Malviya- Dean, School of Commerce & Management. The Vice Chancellor Dr. M. K. Yenkie and Dean of School of Science & Technology-Dr. Vijay Rathod, were present on occasion and they cheered up and motivated all the participants.
