Indian Dietetic Association (IDA)-Nagpur Chapter is organising an installation ceremony of the new team on Thursday 10th January 2019. The IDA is a group of like-minded nutritionists, dieticians and beavers in the allied health fields.
Currently, there are 23 chapters of IDA in various parts of the country. Each chapter has its own Local Executive Committee (LEC) and all members of NEC and LEC work voluntarily for the betterment of the association and the profession.
The new team consists of Ms. Kavita Bakshi as the Convenor, Ms. Minal Gujarathi, Co-Convenor, Ms. Kavita Gupta, Secretary, Ms. Chanchal Sahni, Joint Secretary and Dr. Renuka Mainde, Treasurer. Ms. Vinita Mehta, Ms. Sakina Raghib, Ms. Suvarna Nitnaware, Ms. Prachi Sawaikar, Ms. Jaya Adwani will be installed as the Executive Committee members.
Dr. Rita Bhargava, Past Convenor, has congratulated the new team.
Advisory committee comprises of senior nutritionists of Nagpur, Prof. A. N. Radha, Dr. Sabiha Vali, Dr. Rekha Sharma, Dr. Deepali Kotwal, Prof. Nilima Joshi, Mrs. Jayshree Pendharkar and Mrs. Sushma Chatterjee.
