The family members and the well-wishers of Late Justice S.M. Daud has instituted an Endowment Lecture Series in Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU). The Second Justice S.M. Daud Memorial Lecture is being oraginsed by the MNLU on January 12, 2019 (Saturday) at 10.00 am, at Dr. Vasantrao Deshpande Memorial Hall, Civil Lines, Nagpur. The Memorial Lecture will be delivered by Justice Ruma Pal, Former Judge Supreme Court of India on “Freedom of Religion under the Constitutionâ€. The said lecture will be chaired by Justice V.S. Sirpurkar, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India.
