The seeds of the sportsmanship are sown in the tender age of schooling,  Various sports not only molds the personality of an individual child but also enhances his physical and mental strength  Keeping in mind this fact, School of Scholars, Beltarodi celebrated its Biennial Sports Day in a very high spirited and energetic manner. The Biennial sport was based on the theme of LIFE: Learn-Improve-Flourish & Empower.
The two day’s gala started with the drill performances of tiny tots, where the students of Nursery to class IV cast their spell through their various drills. This event was graced by Mr. Shailesh Bhagat MSNIS Handball player as the Chief Guest, along with Mr. Girish Gadge as Guest of Honour and the Director of the school Mrs. Abha Meghe. The day 1 event was conducted by Ms. Sakshee Joshi &Mast. Adarsh Pande from class IX along with the support of their teachers Mrs. Gayatri Joshi, Mrs. Vaidehi Dhabu. The in-charges for the day were Mrs. Rashi Chauhan & Mrs. Jayashree Mahakalkar.
The second-day event comprised of many fabulous drills presented by students of STD V to X and fancy races, in which the students displayed disciplinary aspects through March past and theme song. In this event all the shining stars of SOS Beltarodi, who represented the school at various district, state, national and international sports events were recognized.
The whole atmosphere filled with sportsman spirit with the remarkable presence of Mr. Prashant Vaidya member of the cricket development committee of BCCI, who showered his words of wisdom and motivated the students to take part actively in sports. The event was conducted by Ms. Khushi Chamedia & Ms. Kalyani Hatwar from class IX along with the support of the following teachers: Mrs. Anagha Kulkarni, Mrs. Sangita Kanojiya, Mrs. Manali Pawar& Mrs. Namrata Moharir.
After considering various aspects like the participation of students at the district level, divisional level, state, national & international level along with achievements. The best Sports Person award from the primary section was bagged by Mast Shrived Khobragade; while the best sports person from high school was bagged by Ms. Nirmiti Umekar. The best house trophy was bagged by Bluebells house.
The chief guest for the occasion Mr. Prashant Vaidya addressed the parents and students by asking them to lay emphasis on physical well-being and eating of healthy food. He urged the parents to contribute to their ward’s life by encouraging them to play games for physical fitness that will help them to lead a healthy life.
The entire event was accomplished smoothly under the able guidance of the Principal of the school Mrs. Swapna Nair and Vice Principal Mrs. Ketki Shendre. All teaching and non-teaching staff took Herculean efforts to make it a huge success.
