A cultural programme has been organised by South Central Zone Cultural Centre (SCZCC) at its premises to mark Republic Day Function. The programme will be held on January 26Â at 5 pm where Commissioner of Police Dr Bhushan Kumar Upadhyay will be the chief guest.
Students of different schools will present various cultural programmes based on history, science, social and carrying message of Mahatma Gandhi.
Students of Hadas CBSE School will showcase the importance of fitness through Folk Fitness dance. The dance is choreographed by brand ambassador of Folk Fitness Madhumita Gubre. Folk Fitness is a dance based on Indian folk songs, which involves movement of upper body, lower body and complete cardio work out. The dance aims to promote rich Indian culture and heritage along with fitness. At present there are 130 folk songs registered with the government and Folk Fitness present dances based on these songs.
Entry for the event is free. SCZCC has appealed to the people to attend the programme in large numbers and encourage the participating children.
