Looking at the past experiences, the Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to adopt tough measures bringing in some changes for the examination to be held next month.
According to sources, a team of regional officers of CBSE reached Nagpur last week and addressed the meetings of all the schools and examination centres of Vidarbha at a school in Civil Lines.
The meeting reviewed the preparations for the examination and appraised the centre chiefs about the new measures being adopted by the board. Similarly, the centre chiefs were also informed about the steps being taken to prevent paper leak. They were asked to change the sitting arrangements of the examination besides detailed information on all the other aspects of the examination was given to the centre chiefs with strict instructions to them as well as those associated with the exam work to stay away from media persons.
