A bhajan sandhya ‘Swara to Ishwara’ has been organised by Chinmaya Mission on February 25, at Scientific Hall, Laxmi Nagar from 6 pm to 8.30 pm.
Director of Chinamaya Nada Bindu Gurukul, Dr Pramodini Rao, along with Shobha Iyer and Vijay Shivane will perform some devotional songs.
Dr Pramodini Rao is also a co –founder of Chinamay Swaranjali, the music wing of Chinmaya mission, which is devoted to elevate the minds of the people through Bhakti Bhajan’s. She also has a ‘Sangeet Varshad’ and a Masters Degree in Hindustani Music.
Vijay Shivane is also a ‘Sangeet Varshad’ and also possesses the degrees of MA and B.Ed. He is also a leading vocal faculty at Naad Bindu Gurukul, whereas Shobha Iyer is a trained performer and is also a Public Relations Officer of Gurukul. Entry for all the visitors is free.
