South Eastern Central Railways (SECR) has increased frequencies of two trains and will run an additional train with an objective to tackle the travel rush, particularly during the vacation season.
According to a press release issued by SECR, a weekly train will be run between Secunderabad and Barouni for 18 trips. This train will have total 23 coaches including two SLR, 6 general, 10 sleeper, 4 AC III and one AC II coach. The train will run on March 3, 10th, 17, 24th, April 7, 14, 21st, 28th, May 12, 19th, and 26th, June 2, 9th, 16 23 and 30th on every Sunday from Secunderabad with number 07009.
Similarly, it will run from Barouni on March 6, 13th, 20th, 27th, April 3, 10th, 17, 24, May 1, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th, June 5, 12, 19 and 26 on every Wednesday with number 07010.
The SECR administration has decided to increase the frequency of a weekly train that runs between Hyderabad and Raksoul. This train will leave Hyderabad on every Thursday with number 07005 and run till Raksoul from March 7 to June 26. In the return journey, it will leave Raksoul with number 07006 on every Sunday and will run from March 10 to June 30, informs the SECL press release.
In yet another similar move, frequency of weekly train between Secunderabad-Darbhanga has been increased. This train will have total 22 coaches including 2 SLR, 6 general, 10 sleeper, 2 AC III and two AC II coaches. The train with number 07007 will leave twice a week from Secunderabad on Tuesdays and Saturdays and will run from March 2 to June 29 making total 29 trips.
In the return journey it will leave Darbhanga on Fridays and Tuesdays with number 07008 from March 5 to July 2, the SECR press release informs.
