Centre Point School (Katol Road) overcame Podar International School by six wickets to win Karnewar Memorial Inter-School Cricket Tournament organised by Vidarbha Gymkhana and Nahatkar Sports Academy at Mecosabagh ground.
Batting first 8 Podar International could able to score 80 for two in 15 overs despite Kush Sharma’s 4. Nagesh Kumale contributed ten. From CPS, Ved Agrawal got two wickets for 33 runs.
In reply Riyansh Gupta hit unbeaten 54 as CPS achieved the target losing four wickets in 13.1 overs. Gupta hit eight boundaries. He was well supported by Riyan Rajput who scored 20.
