The annual social gathering Sanskriti-2019 of Dadasaheb Balpande College of Pharmacy was held recently. Maharashtra minister for Energy and Guardian Minister of Nagpur district Chandrashekhar Bawankule was the chief guest. Pro Vice-Chancellor of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University Dr Pramod Yeole was the guest of honour. President; Ambe Durga Education Society; Manoj Balpande, Vice-President Umesh Balpande, Principal (Degree), Dr Ujwala Mahajan, Vaishali Balpande, Principal (Diploma) Nitin Dumore, Sanskriti In-chage Dr Nilesh Mahajan and Shoeb Khan, President, Student Council Member graced the occasion. A magazine Sanskriti-2017-18 was released at the hands of the guests on the occasion.
Bawankule in his speech spoke about various opportunities available in field of pharmacy and governmet schemes.
Dr Yeole said that only book knowledge is not important in today’s challenging life. People must have practical knowledge and its co-relation with society. Discipline and politeness is important in student’s life and it is the responsibility of the teachers to inculcate the same, he stressed.
Dr. Ujwala Mahajan presented the audit of academic year 2017-18. She told that the college has achieving remarkable progress and was still moving in the direction. Saloni Jain conducted the programme while Dr Ajay Pise proposed a vote of thanks.
