Vidarbha downed Chandrapur by six wickets to win the State-level Divyang Cricket Tournament that was jointly organised by The Blinds Sports Club Nagpur and Dr Ambedkar College Sports Academy at Dr Ambedkar College ground, here on Saturday.
Batting first Chandrapur scored 126 losing seven wickets.In reply, Vidarbha achieved the target losing four wickets. Thanks to Ashutosh Mavaskar who played match winning knock of 49. Nitesh ably supported him and scored 42.
Bharat Barahate of New India Insurance, Nagesh Burbure of General Insurance, Hemant Pande, DACSA secretary Dr AP Joshi, Dr Prashant Bambal and others graced the prize distribution function.
