Constant efforts, positive approach and determination are needed to achieve your goals, said the successful candidates of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) civil services exam. As many as 20 officer trainees at Nation Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT) cleared the prestigious exam with flying colours.
What’s more important is that they had already cleared the Indian Revenue Services (IRS) selection programme and were currently under training period at NADT. In spite of reaching a premier organisation they did not forget their dream of clearing the civil services exam and become an administrative officer.
Learning from their previous experiences and rectifying their mistakes, these IRS trainees recorded tremendous success in the UPSC civil services exam.
As the UPSC announced its results on Friday night celebrations started at the NADT. Six officer trainees were among top 100.
Dr Anand Kumar Sharma bagged 62nd rank while Himandri Kaushik remained at 97th place. Khushboo Lather bagged 98th rank.
Dr Sharma, a native of Agra is a M.B.B.S. doctor while Hemandri, who hails from Dehradoon is BTech in chemical engineering. Khushboo is MBA. They say there is no alternative to success. Even if you get achieve something never settle down before reaching our ultimate goal. Failures and success are part and parcel of life, and one should never feel disappointed if he/she fails to get desired result. Instead they should increase their efforts and try with more determination to reach the goal. They never lost hope despite failure and it was because of their persistent efforts they have cleared the coveted exam.
Meanwhile, it is learnt that no one from Nagpur cleared the exam.
