In order to ensure that citizens of our country exercise their right of franchise in the forthcoming elections, Confederation of all India traders have launched a countrywide awareness campaign amongst the citizens to vote of their choice in the forth coming elections. In Nagpur, this campaign started from April 6 by Team CAIT Nagpur, and will continue till April 9.
The awareness campaign led by BC Bhartia kick started on April 6 from Dayanand Park Jaripatka. All the members assembled at the park gate. Since it was Chetichand Jhulelal Jayanti, people in hundreds were present. Sapna Talreja took lead here.The members of Team CAIT Nagpur walked with posters and banners spreading awareness on importance of voting. Attractive and catchy slogans attracted the attention of people. Later CAIT members mixed with citizens present and requested to exercise the fundamental right to vote.
On April 7, the members of TEAM CAIT Nagpur went to Gandhibagh garden. Shri Santosh Agarwal, President Anaj Association along with Vinod Gupta, Paigawar and Rajkumar Gupta took lead here. In addition to morning walkers, the members of Team CAIT Nagpur adressed the yoga group, persons performing excersice and others. Sanjivani Choudhari presented a skit to give message of importance of this fundamental right to exercise franchise.Â
Later Team CAIT Nagpur members went to Mominpura. There the people appreciated the idea of awareness and thanked the team for running the campaign.
In Santra Market and Bajeria, awareness campaign is lead by chairman Gopal Agarwal. Large number of citizens are joining and appreciating the job undertaken by Team CAIT Nagpur.Â
