Sunshine Foundation had organised a Environmental protection and Nature Educational walk for the children, recently. Director of Foundation, Deepti Karate said, that “ Nature provides countless opportunities to discover, create, learn and experiment. It is vital to a healthy childhood, it improves all aspects like physical, social, emotional and cognitiveâ€
She further added, “We introduce our children, mentors, volunteers to nature very often. Children from Delhi Public School along with few College students and staff members also participated this time again for Sunshine Masti, that went to the beautiful Gorewada park for a walk .
They enjoyed every bit, learned a lot about plants, animals, birds and also about jungle management from the forest officer, Pandurang Pakhale, who accompanied them .
