“Baljagat” chess competition starts from May 30

Deendayal Shodh Sansthan’s “Bal Jagat”, Laxmi Nagar, Nagpur has organized Late Nanaji Deshmukh Memorial “Bal Jagat Chess Competition” for children Under 13 years from Thursday May 30, to June 2, 2019 at “Kamalatai Vaidya Auditorium”, Bal Jagat, Aath Rasta Square, Laxmi Nagar, Nagpur. The tournament is recognized by Nagpur District Chess Association.

   The groups are as given below:-

1. Under 7 years (after 01.01.2012)
2. Under 9 years (after 01.01.2010)
3. Under 11 years (after 01.01.2008)
4. Under 13 years (after 01.01.2006)

Entry fee will be Rs 150/- Bal jagat Registration fees Rs. 25/- (Total Rs. 175/-only) per player.  Last date for registration of entries is May 28, 2019 upto 8.00 pm.

Participants should also pay NDCA Registration Fee of Rs. 50/- for the year 2019-20 if not paid till now. Those who have already paid must be produced Proof for the same.

Schedule: The first round will begin at 6.00 p.m. on May 30, 2019 after inaugural function. The number of rounds will depend on no. of entries.

The tournament will be played in Swiss League System.
