Dr Ambedkar College Sports Academy (DACSA) won their third league match defeating Reshimbagh Cricket Club by eight wickets. in Inter-Club Under-12 Cricket Tournament on Wednesday.
In other matches Sahas Cricket Academy and Saffire also recorded victories. At DD Nagar ground Reshimbagh were bundled out for 27 in 7.3 overs. Only Puskar Chavan (10) managed to cross the double digit. For DACSA, Sarthak Dhabadgaonkar ripped through the batting liin up and claimed a five wicket haul. In reply DACSA achieved he target losing just tow wickets. Adi Bajaj scored eight runs whereas Arav Sinaha contributed 4.
Saffire recorded nine wicket victories over Rising Star. Rising Star scored 75 for 8 in 17 in overs. Thanks to Arin Pilley (20) and Atharva Kotraj (10). For Saffire, Bharat was devastating and got six wickets In reply, Saffire chased the target losing just one wicket in 10.2 overs. Daksh Yadav played an unbeaten 47 run knock and he was well supported by Ashish Nipane (10).
In another match at the same venue, Sahas Cricket Academy drubbed Eastern Academy by ten wickets.
Batting first Eastern could able to score just 33 in 8.2 overs. Not a single batsman managed to cross the double figures. For Sahas, Vartak Lekurwale got five wickets while Varun Taori and Ojas Atkar took two wickets each. In reply, Sahas chased the target without losing any wicket in 3..1 overs. Opener Sarthak Kotekar scored 14 and remained unbeaten in the company of Aman Dhoke (6). Lekurwale was declared man-of-the-match.
