The concept of the restro was inspired by an “Arabian theme”, which is an amazingly perfect spot for all types of celebrations. The exquisite food and style of presentation will make your tummy grumble with hunger.

With the vast option in the dishes UTM offers vegan and non-vegan food along with mocktails. Some of the signature dishes of UTM are Gajab-ka-seena, Egyptian stuffed mushroom, crunchy fish and Paneer launglata.

The menu not only gives a unique element but also provides the customers with variety of Indian cuisines which gives a variant perspective to the diner. Apart from this UTM also has a chef’s special which can be enjoyed with live music on every Friday.

UTM opened their doors on May 25, 2018 and since then they are happily serving the people with their variant dishes and eccentric sitting arrangement for people to enjoy. Recently the restaurant celebrated its one year anniversary. The week-long celebration included exciting deals on food and a token of love to the customers.

Speaking about their idea of opening the restaurant in city Rabjyot further stated that my father Navneet Singh Tuli had a passion for food and a year ago we came up with the name and concept of “Under The Moon”. We will surely come with new outlets within city to provide hospitality to our customers.

When asked about whether or not he likes cooking Rabjyot replied “Oh yes… We love cooking!!! I have learnt cooking from my dad, he is my biggest inspiration. He is well aware about various cuisines and ingredients involved in making one, for us it is our passion for food what has brought us into the food business”.

“This restaurant is more valuable to us and is more than just a food business as we love serving people and satisfying their hunger for good food”.

Some of the features which will be included in future by UTM will be a Virtual Reality gaming zone for kids to have some quality time, AC hall for parties and many more.

Rabjyot also admires celebrity chefs, Sanjeev Kapoor and Harpal Singh Sokhi as both of them has a list of fine recipes that inspire him.

Speaking about the challenges Rabjoyt said, that in food business one has to always evolve on the basis of choices of people and come up with unique dishes, explicit ambiance and a mouthwatering menu.

All this does makes the job of every café owner, hotelier quit difficult as we all have to follow the trend because if one fails to keep up the pace with the demand then it will be a difficult to survive in the cutthroat competition in the food industry.
