There is no data available even on Google about the disorder. Many people are affected by this disease and are not even aware about it.â€
The reason behind the vast spread of disease is that there is an inadequate contact with nature. Mankind has forgotten the connection with nature and its fundamental phenomena in our overall development, he added.
He further stated that, “as a child we were inquisitive about are surrounding and were more attached with mother earth, but as an adult we have lost this inquisitiveness. But now days, people are living a hectic lifestyle which leaves no room for their personal mental and physical health, due to which many youngsters are seen getting affected by various chronic diseases.
Suggesting the treatment for NDD, Dr Ghosh informed that one should start re-establishing their connection with mother earth. As nature helps to sooth a human mind and heart and also de-stresses a human body. Yoga and Meditation is one of the best ways to connect with natural forces.
When asked about the future of the physiology field in next 10 years, he informed that the medical field is still imperfect as there are many possibilities of breakthroughs in the field of science. What we have today will be tripled in coming years, although, the discoveries will bring new kinds of diseases along with their treatments. Diseases caused due to the changes in the modern living will also witness a gradual rise in coming years.
Dr Ghosh has also suggested few health tips to prevent such diseases. He says, “one must follow good practices starting from all the nuskass which were suggested by our ancestors, spending time with nature will surely help one to cure his illness, along with healthy eating habits, also people must try to adopt more environmental friendly lifestyles.â€
Speaking about his challenges he informed that, as a physician one as to travel to several tribal areas where penetration of good doctors is less. People do not receive proper medical facilities and had to travel to urban areas for better treatment. This is creating an adverse problem among the residents of the rural areas.
Discussing about his future plans Dr Ghosh said that he is planning to create home visit team to cater all the grandparents in Nagpur. By doing this, people above the age of 60 years will have services of a paramedic treatment at their doorsteps.
“I want to set up a chain of e-OPD facility in tribal areas for the people so that they can avail top facilities and can get better treatments near them. I am also looking forward to get associated with the experts of this field who can help me achieve this project and bring a change in the society’.
