Chief Engineer, MSEDCL, Dilip Ghughal held a quarterly review meeting of all the sub-divisional officers in the Nagpur circle in the office of Katol Road. During the meeting he informed that many of the staff members are not residing in the headquarters. As a result, if the power supply breaks during a rainy season, consumers have to stay in the dark for long periods of time.
Resentment increases dissatisfaction with the customer. It is the responsibility of the respective departmental officers to ensure that the employees are at their assigned place/ posts. He further  informed, that a team of officials would be sent to investigate the scene.
It will be mandatory to carry out this notice in the computer system if the power supply is closed due to any reason in the power sub-station. This time, the departmental office has instructed the present officials to ensure that all the power sub-stations coming under their control are working on this method.
If the wrong information is filled in the computer system then a strict action will be taken to warn the participants. The complaints of consumers’ inconveniences with electricity bills, should be resolve with immediate effect, Chief Engineer Ghugal informed.
Senior Superintending Engineers Narayan Amjare, Dilip Dodke, Dr. SF Wankhede, Executive Engineer Kundan Bhise, Kuldeep Bhasme, Praful Lande, Nilesh Gaikwad, Swapnil Gotmare, Rajesh Ghatole, Dilip Ghatol, Deepali Madel, Dilip Mohod, Amit Paranjpe and others sub-divisional officers of Wardha district were present.
