Today’s is the era survivor of fittest in the perusal of survival everyone faces competition. Competition of on one hand can destroy creativity. But creativity always creates competition. As medical field is evolving at a rapid rate with the advent of new technology and digitalization, Doctors too are facing competition with not only Google with adapting new way of practice. Hence JCI Nagpur Medico organized training session on competition to creativity for LOM members of JCI Nagpur Medico.
Training session was organised as a breakfast meet at Hotel Dwarkamai. Past National president of JCI India, owner Naivadyam chain of restaurant and Banquet Hall was faculty of such innovative training. Past president of IMA Dr. Varsha Dhawle was a guest of honor for session. She gave a message in her speech that Creativity is only way to deal with the competition a.. Dr. Smita Pakhmode president of JCI Nagpur Medico chaired the session. Dr. Meenakshi Rewatkar Director of VIMS was a project Director. Dr Sunita Turankar was project Secretary.
At the inaugural session Dr. Smita Pakhmode unveiled banner of traffic rule awareness campaign to be launched by JCI Nagpur Medico. Car stickers with message “I follow traffic rule, I am proud Indian†was released at the hands of Dr. Varsha Dhawle and JCI Senator Dilip Kamdar. In training session Mr. Kamdar notified changing trends and arrival of new competition in the business. He explained how different companies implemented new projects creativity. This creativity has certainly changed the trends and given birth to new competitions. He explained complex concept with help of rational example, quoting his own experiences while establishing chain of restaurants.Total 35 doctors attended training. Dr. Sunita Turankar proposed formal vote of thanks.
