Mayor Nanda Jichkar gave the mantra of success to the students
Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30, is an inspirational story of a teacher who accepted the responsibility of taking the challenge of educating of 30 children under some harsh circumstances. Total 300 school students along with their school teachers watched the movie ‘Super 30’ at Buty Cineplex in Sadar.
The program was organized on behalf of the Education Department of Nagpur Municipal Corporation in collaboration with Sungiants and Mom’s Productions.The movie was shown at 4 pm at the Buty Cineplex.
Mayor Nanda Zichkar, Corporator Parinita Phuke, Education Officer Priti Mishri Kotkar, Assistant Education Officer Rajendra Sooke, Assistant Program Officer Dhanlal Chowliwar, Education Department Vinay Bagle, R.J. Saurabh, Sunny Francis of Mom’s Production, Yash Dastur, Arvinder Kaur, Kaushik Joshi, Sandhya Pawar, Pratibha Diwate were present on the occasion.
While guiding the students at this time, Mayor Nanda Jichkar said, “All the great men in this country were normal in their childhood. But they proved their greatness on the basis of their strong intellect and hard work. Nothing is impossibleâ€. She told the students that if they believe in themselves and work hard in that direction, everything is possible.
Education Superintendent Preeti Mishri Kotkar said, ‘Super 30’ is an inspirational story which inspires the students. We should learn from it, not just look at it as entertainment. The financial situation of the municipal school students is very worrying. However, even under such circumstances many students have cracked the exams and overcome the difficulties with a victorious smile on their faces.
The balloons were released into the sky by Mayor Nanda Jichkar at the end of the progarmme. The event was led by Sunny Francis. Principal of various schools, teachers and education department officials were present on the occasion.
