Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for submission of ONLINE and OFFLINE forms up to 14th August 2019.
The admissions are offered through ONLINE at the IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in. Interested candidates can register themselves on the website. They have to Fill up the application forms, upload all the required documents, photograph, signature and pay the fees online.
IGNOU has been offering admissions to various programs that range from 6 month Certificate course, 1 year Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma, 3 years Under Graduate program and 2 years Post Graduate Programs. The subjects also vary from History, Sociology, English to MCA, Master of Science (Food Nutrition) (MSCDFSM), Information Security, Geoinformatics, Development Studies etc. Complete details are available on IGNOU Website.
Some of the new courses to be offered from July 2019 session like PG Certificate in Climate Change, GST Awareness Program, MA in Development Studies, PG Diploma in Environmental and Occupational Health. Several Certificate programmes are also offered which can be pursued by any 10+2 pass students or by any undergraduate student of a regular college. There are several Job oriented Skill Enhancement courses like Geoinformatics, Information Security, Advanced Statistics, Analytical Chemistry and Languages like Urdu, English, Japanese, German, Spanish and French.
IGNOU also announces free admission to SC/ST candidates up to undergraduate level. They have to submit OFFLINE Admission Form, along with all enclosures to the Regional Centre.
