Various development projects have now started supporting the development works by Nagpur Smart and Sustainable City Development Corporation Limited (NSSCDCL). Responding to the road widening work of Bhawani Mata Mandir Marg, 6 projects affected people agreed to give their land and house to NSSCDCL for the road to be constructed under Smart City project.
On Wednesday, Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Ramnath Sonawane, Lakdganj Jhon Maji Chairman, Deepak Wadibhasme, Corporator Vaishali Vaidya handed over the land distribution papers to the beneficiaries at the office of Nagpur Municipal Corporations’ headquarters of Smart City.
Dr. Sonawane informed that the compensation for the land and construction work will be provided to these project-makers to build houses.
Until the house is built, the rent amount will be given to them. This amount will be given in three equal installments. Shifting expenses and subsistence allowance will also be provided by Smart City.
On this occasion General Manager Rajesh Dufare, Devendra Vaidya, Moin Hassan, Aarti Pankhraj of Alternate Nagpur Social Society, Jyotsna Raut, Jageshwar Wankhede and Parimal Inamdar were present.
