Recently, a fraudster has duped more than 50 people on the promise of giving teacher’s jobs in schools and colleges and taken crores of rupees from them under the banner of a fake scouts and guides organization. In this matter, the Bajaj Nagar police registered a case and arrested two accused named Vinod Baliram Gajbhiye (43), a resident of Ekta Colony, Yashodhara Nagar and Nitesh Gaurishankar Wasnik (50), a resident of Indora, Pachpaoli. Gajbhiye is a librarian in a private college in Narkhed while Wasnik works in a private firm. And the police are looking for other associate accused in the case named Ritesh Mende.
As per the information, the person who is behind the fraud case is one Sinha from Bihar. And there are many pending cases against him in Bihar and Mumbai. He had started a fake organization in the name of Scouts and Guides. And with the aid of some associates, he trapped many youths with the offer of government jobs. And he charged money for giving jobs which ranges from rupees 10 to 5lakhs. He also conducted a selection procedure which includes written examination and interview. After all the procedure the person is appointed as scouts and guides teacher in a private school. The accused also assured the school management that he would provide the teacher at free of cost. In the beginning, the accused paid teachers the salary Rs.5000 to 7000 per month.
After some time, he stopped the payment by saying that the deficiency of govt grant. As per the source, the accused has duped rupees 11.50 lakhs from Sandeep Masane; a resident of Amravati. Masane lodged a complaint in Bajaj Nagar Police station. During the investigation, the police have discovered that the accused had extracted money from many people in Bhopal and Mumbai, Amravati and other cities.
