The 10th property expo was inaugurated by the able hands of MLA Sudhakar Deshmukh at Chitnavis Center on September 27.
CREDAI is back again with its 10th property expo from September 27-30 in which properties from Nagpur and around areas are available for sale. Around 40 above property stalls have been set for the people to gather the details of various properties in the city and in nearby areas.
The traditional lamp was lit by the hands of Sudhakar Deshmukh along with CREDAI team members. He said that “from the last 10 years CREDAI has been keeping this expo and citizens are giving it a good response. Here one gets information about different types of properties under one roof; builders are given a stage to present their properties to the people. One can get a variety of prizes in the property as well from lower to a higher range of properties as both are available here for themâ€.
Speaking about development Deshmukh further added that “Nagpur being a fast developing city people can prefer to buy the property and live here because of the amenities available for the citizens. One can easily find different modes of transport and with Metro added in the list will make the mode of transportation easy for the people. Not only this we also have 6-7 National as well as the International level of Institutes like AIMS, Symbiosis, National Law University and many more which is a perfect place for students as well. Here one can find properties at a lower rate compared to other cities. I wish this expo gets a good response this year as well”. 
Other dignitaries Anup Khandelwal, Director Goel Ganga Group, V Chandrasekhar DGM SBI, R. K. Sharma DGM, Mumbai.  Prashant Sarode, Santdas Chawla, Vishal Agrawal, Gaurav Agarwala, Srikant Oke, Vijay Singh Thakur, Tarak Chawla, Rahul Agrawal, Rahul Pise graced the occasion with their able presence.
