It was a D-day for the IndiGo travellers as the airlines on Monday faced server problems in the city airport, leading to long queues of frustrated passengers at airport. The reason for the disrupted servers was not immediately clear. As per information, due to the server issue, the passengers were not able to get their boarding passes and also affected the schedule of many flights. And there was total chaos and the passengers were in utter dismay after the incident.
The airline staff informed that the problem started in Pune and this technical glitch delayed many flights. As per information, the 6E284 Nagpur-Pune flight reached Nagpur at 3.30 pm despite its scheduled time 2.15 pm. The Pune-Nagpur E6134 arrived at 1 pm, but its original schedule was 12.25 pm. The 6E563 Chennai- Nagpur delayed by 56 minutes and landed at 1 pm. 6E5338 Mumbai-Nagpur was late by 50 minutes arrived at airport at 1.52 pm.6E403 Mumbai-Nagpur was delayed by 1.40 minutes and reached at 6.40 pm.

The Air-India flight AI-641 Delhi-Nagpur was delayed by 36 minutes and landed Nagpur at 1.56 am. The GoAir G8-2601 flight Mumbai-Nagpur was delayed by 1.18 minutes and reached at 9.08 pm. The G8-731 Ahmadabad –Nagpur flight was flying 1.24 minutes behind its schedule and landed here at 1 pm.I-629 Mumbai-Nagpur was running late by 1.25 minutes are landed here at 9.55 pm while G8-2519 Delhi-Nagpur landed at 10.20 minutes against its actual schedule 8.55 pm.
This is not the first time that IndiGo has faced server issues. In July also airline’s servers went down leading the airline to move to manual bookings.
