The drama of forming a stable Governemnt in Maharashtra  is  witnessing no where to end soon as NCP claims to have 162 seats with Shiv Sena 56, NCP 50, Congress 44, Other 12 making them eligible to  claim on forming a government  and have the number to form a Government in Maharashtra. while BJP has support of 170 seats with BJP 105, Ajit pawar 54, Other 11.
NCP chief Sharad Pawar has said that he was not behind Ajit Pawar’s decision to align with the BJP and become the deputy chief minister. “It is not the party’s decision and we do not endorse it.It is wrong to say that I have a hand behind Ajit Pawar’s revolt.”

A bench of Justices  N V Ramana, Ashok Bhushan and Sanjiv Khanna adjourned the hearing for tomorrow after taking note of the key letters of Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari inviting Devendra Fadnavis to form the government, and of the BJP leaders claiming the support of the required number of MLAs to stake claim submitted by the Centre.
