The ground of Ishwar Deshmukh Physical Education College at Krida Chowk, Hanuman Nagar turned into a historical spot as a stage play ‘Ranragini’ based on the life of Rani Lakshmibai, the Rani of Jhansi was staged on December 3 as a part of the ongoing cultural extravaganza ‘Khasdar Sanskrutik Mahotsav’.
The stage play ‘Ranragini’ will be staged for the next three days where Nagpurians can relish the history. The power pack action performance by these artists created a thrill among the spectators as they got to relive the history again.
This is the third year of the festival and for the first time this festival will last for 17 days. Running up to December 15, the festival will witness a shower of glittering colours.
This year around 2000 local national and International artists are going to take part in the cultural fest and will present their art forms to the people of Nagpur.
