Friday 13 December 2019 was fun day for the children of “Cherry Blossoms’ Kindergarten†unit of South Point School, omkar nagar. It was the day when tiny tots were  taken on their annual picnic, this time to “Swami Narayan Templeâ€, a popular temple in Nagpur. The children arrived with full of eagerness and enthusiasm. Students started their journey with a prayer and a feeling of great enthusiastic day ahead. Swami Narayan temple gave an experience of being surrounded by greenery, beauty of temple.
Delicious breakfast was followed by a tour then all shook their legs to the dance numbers. All were plunged headlong in to the non-stop activities. Every child was given an opportunity to participate and enjoy. Exhausted after the activities they were taken for a well-deserved lunch. All the tiny tots expressed a desire to revisit the place again. Indeed it was a fun packed great day for all students and teachers as it strengthened the bond between students and their teachers. It was a sound and safe fun filled return trip and now each of them eager to share their memorable experience with their parents and near ones, said Principal Dr. Mrs. Mrunalini Dasture, Headmistress of the school Mrs. Shraddha Kelapure , Mrs. Sangeeta Singh.
