Nagpur district overcame Akola by four wickets to win State-level Divyang T-20 Cricket Tournament that was jointly organised by Maharashtra State Cricket Association for Disabled, Physically Challenged Cricket Association Buldhana and Anuradha Mission at Chikhli in Buldhana district.
In the final, Akola won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 94 all out in 13.5 overs. Anand Ghogliya top scored with 30. Gajanan Rokde (26) and Sayyaad Ajeem (17) were other scorers. For Nagpur, Lokesh Morghade (6 for 16) was the pick of the bowlers. He was well supported by Arjun Vaidya (3 for 17).
In reply, Indian player Gurudas Raut scored 33 as Nagpur achieved the target in 13 overs losing six wickets. Raut was well supported by Mehfooz Alam (22) and Prashant Gourkar (11). For Akola, Sayyad Ajeem (3 for 13) was the main wicket-taker. Raut was declared man-of-the-final.
Lokesh Morghade was adjudged as man-of-the-series. Best batsman award went to Anand Ghogliya whereas Arjun Vaidya and Nikhil Kamble were declared best bowlers and best fielders respectively.
