Tirpude Institute of Management Education (TIME) had organised ‘BLAST’ a three day event for the management students, with an aim to develop their marketing skills. ‘BLAST’ had been an opportunity for the students of BBA and BCCA, from first and second year to show their convincing skills. The students from final year had undertaken the responsibility of management for this whole three day program.
The event started on December 16 and had various competitions, in the final day of BLAST the students arranged stalls of food items prepared by them. Eat Street, which was held on December 18 saw a great response from all the branches of Tirpude college and noticed the enthusiasm as the competing students came up with the best ideas and dishes to attract public. Students were divided into 15 different teams and same were the number of stalls in the premises of the institution. Decoration and various games were also arranged by the students to get the attention of customers. Faculty members of BBA and BCCA were looking after the sales and investment of each team according to which the winners will be announced. The students were asked to maintain a record of their sales in an order of developing their business skills.
The previous events were ethical hacking, make up training, behavioural training which were organised depending on the interest of students. The second day of BLAST was a sports day and athletic competition at which the teams were contributed their best.
