Nagpur Garden Club is organizing the 111th Annual Flower Show, 43rd Cacti and Succulent Show, 35th Dahlia and Gladioli Show on January 12, 2020 at Kusumtai Wankhede Hall, North Ambazari Road.
The flower show will be held in memory of Leela Subhedar, former President of Nagpur Garden Club. In this flower show competition on various sections like annual garden competition, dahlia & gladioli, bonsai, cacti and succulent plants, roses, seasonal and annual flowers, flower arrangement and flower decoration will also be conducted. Judging of gardens will be done on January 6 and 7, 2020.
The section of private terrace garden comprises of two sections, one for terrace garden with area up to 1,000 sqare feet and another terrace garden with area of more than 1,000 square feet. There is also a section for balcony garden upto area of 200 square feet. A participant having gardens in more than one terrace or balcony in a single house/ flat has been given an option of applying for each terrace/ balcony as separate entry.
This has been done to encourage garden lovers who have developed attractive gardens in small space available in flats. A special attraction will be displayed by the ladies team of Nagpur Garden Club. Entry forms will be available in the office of Nagpur Garden Club from December 26, 2019.
Last date for receipt of filled up form for annual garden competition is January 5, 2020 and for other sections is January 10, 2020.
