Nagpur Institute of Technology recently organised one-day workshop on ‘Introduction to IPR and Patent and Procedures’ for faculty and final year students. The guest for inaugural function was Pooja Maulikar from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Intellectual Property Management.
 Dr Vijay Kalbande, ED cell-coordinator delivered welcome speech and briefed the details of the programme. Dr Amol Deshmukh, In-charge Principal delivered presidential speech and urged participants to work on patent filing. Second session was delivered by Dr Priti Tayade from Raman Science Innovation Hub. 82 faculty and Final Year students attended the programme. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof Abhishek Gatlewar, Training Cell Co-ordinator. Sheetal Mungale successfully conducted the proceedings of the programme.
