Kavikulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek (Maharashtra) had organised an Interschool ‘Saraswat Dindi’ (Grantha Dindi) Competition on 9th Jan 2020. 80 students of Std. VII from The Blind Relief Association Nagpur’s Mundle English Medium School participated in Saraswat Dindi.
The theme ‘Sahitya Vruksha’ i.e. contribution of Sant Dnyaneshwar and Social reformers like Swami Vivekanand, Savitribai Phule, Jyotiba Phule and Shanta Shelke was depicted on the eve of the All India Oriental Council for completing 100 years this year.
Dindi began and concluded at Hedgewar Smruti Smarak Mandir Reshimbagh. The results for the same were declared on 12th Jan 2020.
The Blind Relief Association Nagpur’s Mundle English Medium School secured the IIIrd position. The school was honoured with a certificate, shield and a set of 23 Sanskrit books.
The students participated under the guidance of Music Teachers Mrs. Vedashree Mandavgane, Mrs. Rakhi Shirpokar, Mr. Nishant Pathak, Mrs. Neerja Saptarishy, & Craft teachers Mrs. Sumedha Patki, Mrs. Rajashree Tiwaskar. The song for the ‘Sahitya Vruksha Dindi’ was written by Asst. Teacher Mrs. Swati Parshurame (Head of The Department Marathi).
Chairman Shri Makarand Pandhripande, Principal Mrs. Rupali Hingwe, Head Mistress Primary Mrs. Megha Padhye and Staff members congratulated the students for their achievement.
