The Red Platter, was a meet-up flea market organized by ALL Ladies League Nagpur Chapter for Startups Support. This event was held on January 19 at Uppal Residence, Kadbi Chowk, Nagpur. Aspiring ladies of Nagpur city who are multifaceted and want to establish themselves participated in this innovative and creative event.
ALL Ladies League is the world’s largest All-inclusive international women’s chamber and a global movement for the Welfare, Wealth and Well-being of ALL by empowering women through leadership.As its acronym ALL stands for our inclusive spirit and faith in the power of one and all, its Red Platter event held yesterday was a joyful place to be in. The ALL women had put up various stalls and people from all walks of life came to encourage them and spend a fun evening too.
The footfall was over 800 and the local corporator, Pragati Patil came and visited each stall and was present at the venue for nearly 2 hours, honouring the budding women entrepreneurs. She gave the event a motivating boost, creating a positive morale for all involved.
The food stalls offered a variety from bhel to dal bhaati-churma and from tasty salads to desserts and snacks. The rest of the enterprising women offered another myriad. From brain mapping to the versatile art corner where each one could create their own artifact to take home, and buying trendy jewelry or getting your nails done. Beautiful fabrics too were available, as well as games for youngsters and the whole family. There even was a stall offering pre-mixes of the various food items.
The organizing team, with Simran Dua at the helm, left no stones unturned in their effort to create a wonderful platform for women in Nagpur to showcase themselves and come together. She was supported by Malvvika Fulwani as the PR Head, Stuti Pincha with Layouts and Planning, Monika Kataria for Digital Marketing and Rashida Burhanpurwala, Shirin Chimthanawala for Decoration.
