K.D.K College of Engineering, Nagpur is celebrating Extravaganza NAVONMESH-2020 an annual Cultural Meet and Founder’s Day, to commemorate birth anniversary of Founder President, Late Bhausaheb Mulak from January 26 to January 31 at college premises.
Navonmesh-2020 gives a perfect opportunity for the students to boast their sports quality and showcase their talent in the cultural bonanza.
On the last day of NAVONMESH-2020, the extravaganza witness a Student Parliament which was conducted to commemorate 70th Anniversary of Indian Constitution in which National Left Front emerged as winner whereas National Democratic Front bagged second. Best Speaker of the house was adjudged to Bhavesh Ambagade.
An intercollegiate Cultural Competition was also held in which Institute of Diploma in Pharmacy, Nagpur bagged first prize in Faculty Performance while in student category Institute of Diploma in Pharmacy stood victorious.
A cultural night was also organized wherein “Suspended Group’ of KDKCE stood first in Dance competetion. Best Student of the academic year 2018-19 was awarded Rohit Shende, of VIII Semester Mechanical Engineering Department.
Various events were also organized where in Prathamesh bagged first position in Treasure Hunt. On the eve of Founder’s Day”, homage was paid to Late Bhausaheb Mulak, Founder President of KDKCE. All the faculty and students paid obeisance to the soul. Rajendraji Mulak Ex Minister, GoM and Secretary, KDKCE witnessed the gala celebration along with gracious presence of Yashraj Mulak, Treasurer KDKCE along with entire Mulak Family.
A Musical Night and live-in concert was the best part of the six day extravaganza in which Bollywood Star Singer Sukanya Ghosh performed in the evening. Sukanya with her soulful voice enthralled all. The evening was enjoyed by all as they tapped their feet on the music.
