Aditya Prakash and Rishav Raj from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Nagpur emerged victorious at the Nagpur edition of Tata Crucible Campus Quiz 2020.
A total of 529 teams battled it out in the city level finale for the top honors, held at the Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE).
Aditya Prakash and Rishav Raj took home a cash prize of Rs. 75,000 and will compete in the zonal round to qualify for the national finale. Akash Yadav and Rahul Rajesh Bhagat from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) were declared runners-up, winning a cash prize of Rs. 35,000. Arvind Kumar, Center Head, Tata Consultancy Services, Nagpur was the chief guest at the finale. The theme for this year’s quiz is built around the ‘Industry 4.0 concept’. Noted quizmaster ‘Pickbrain’ Giri Balasubramaniam hosted the quiz.
The sixteenth edition of India’s biggest campus quiz will be held for a little over two months, traversing 40 cities, with five zonal rounds leading to the grand national finale in Mumbai.
The winners of the national finals will receive a grand prize of Rs. 5,00,000/- along with the coveted Tata Crucible trophy.
