The LPG price is really creating trouble for the citizens as from January 2020 the price of the LPG increased by Rs.145.And middle class families are bearing the brunt of it.
Depending on the international prices the new rates of LPG cylinders are declared after midnight on the last date of every month. As per information, in January the rates were Rs.759 which have now been increased to Rs.905 for non-subsidised cylinders. The rate of non-subsidised gas cylinders were decreased by Rs.99 in July 2019 and Rs.63 in August 2019.
However, they have increased from September 2019 to February 2020 by Rs.284.
The government has not increased rates of subsidized  LPG cylinders. The non-subsidised LPG cylinder rate in September 2019 was Rs.637 and reached Rs.650 in October and Rs.740 in December 2019.And in February with a huge increase of Rs.145.50 it has crossed to Rs.905.
