The exam season is around the corner and the board is all set to deal with the ill practices this year. In order to deal with the irregularities, a flying squad has been installed during SSC and HSSC board examinations. The squads will now have to send exam center reports online to the divisional board and head office.
Last year despite the installation of flying squads, the board claimed that no irregularities occur at examination centers and the squads were working dedicatedly.
According to sources, some days back, a meeting of officials was held at the education board’s head office in Pune in which the role of flying squads was questioned.
As per the new process, the squads will have to submit the reports of their inspection of exam centers. The divisional board office has given clear instructions that the officials and employees should be in the flying squads.
