Considering scarcity of time for preparation, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) has postponed examinations of M.Com third semester, which was scheduled from March 4.
As per information, the examination has been postponed as the failure students had very little time to prepare for this examination. The result of examinations conducted during winter session was declared very late. The examination concluded on November 18, the result of which was declared by the University on February 22, more than three months after conclusion of examinations.
As per the rule, the results should have been declared within 45 days of the conclusion of examinations. A delegation led by Senate member Pravin Udapure and Principal Dr Chetan Masram, who is also a Senate member conducted discussion with Vice-Chancellor Dr S P Kane in this matter and informed that those who have failed had no time to apply for revaluation or prepare for the next examination. And Vice-chancellor has given the assurance that the examination will be rescheduled.
