South Central Zone Cultural Centre Nagpur organized “Scrap Workshop†from February 20 to 28 at South Central Zone Cultural Center, Nagpur.
In the concluding ceremony RTMNU Pro V-C Dr. Vinayak Deshpande was present as the chief guest. The artists were awarded certificates by the center on this occasion.
Dr. Muktadevi Mohite, Head of the Department of Fine Arts, Dr. Sadanand Chaudhary, Artist Milind Limbekar, Prof. Muktik Katay, Prof. Chandrasekhar Tandekar along with Kav Kavade, Shubham Umredkar, Vinod Kave, Jeral Francis, Mangesh Murkute were present.
In the 9 days workshop excellent and beautiful artifacts were created using various waste material. Everyone was surprised to see so many beautiful artworks can be made out of scraps.
