Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal has revealed he has experienced sleep paralysis quite a few times and added it is “damn scaryâ€. Vicky Kaushal conducted an Ask Me Anything session on Instagram on Tuesday (April 21) to promote the launch of his film Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship on Amazon Prime Video. During the session, the actor revealed that he has experienced sleep paralysis a couple of times.
One of his fans asked, “Did you ever experience a bhoot in real?†Vicky then responses, “I have experienced Sleep Paralysis a couple of times… it’s damn scary. Read about it!â€. Another fan asked the actor about any haunting experience during the shoot of Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship. The actor shared a picture of himself with a scar on his face and wrote, “Met with an accident during shoot. Hairline fractured cheek bone. 12 internal and 13 external stitches. Kaafi haunting (sic).”
Sleep paralysis is a temporary inability to move or speak while falling asleep or upon waking. An episode involves not being able to speak or move while falling asleep or upon waking. This usually lasts one or two minutes and is often frightening.
Vicky Kaushal was last seen in Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship. The actor played a marine officer in the film who is instructed to solve a mystery of the arrival of a haunted ship. The film tanked at the box office.
