It is really alarming as nearly 62 people including cops and State Reserve Police Force(SRPF) jawans from city were quarantined on Sunday after they were came into contact with three officials who had tested positive of coronavirus.As per information,many police personnel have been assigned duties at Mominpura a COVID-19 hot spot in city.
It is learned that three  persons they are assigned duty in this area found positive.An enquiry was conducted regarding the officials who had come into contact with the three infected persons.It came into light that total 62 officials had come into contact with them.After that all the 62 persons were sent to quarantine facility at Police Training Academy.Chief of the police hospital Dr.Shinde said that none of the identified positive cases has symptoms.And one of the police officials identified positive for coronavirus belongs to State Reserve Police Force(SRPF).There are possibilities that the entire team of SRPF may be quarantined.
