The restraining orders as per section 144 5.3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 have been complied with by the Nagpur Police Additional Commissioner (crime) itself as per the above reference by which the current order is being updated as follows.
According the old rules, a person was not allowed to step outside their safe house without having any urgent needs or emergency from 10 pm to next day 5 am. These rules have now been updated according to which the curfew time has been changed to 9 pm to morning 5 am. Meaning, a person should not step outside from 9 pm to 5 am.
