The police department has appealed citizens to visit the office of the deputy commissioner of police of their area first regarding their complaint with the police department.As per information,a number of citizens visit the CP office regarding complaints and other works with the police department and when the DCP office of the concerned area is contacted,it come to the knowledge of the CP office that the complainant did not visit the DCP office.
