The various traders in city in the complete sense are undergoing through a difficult situation after the outbreak of pandemic and the subsequent lockdown. On Friday the various trade organisations stated that it was easy for the local administration to impose lockdown. They ask who is responsible for the financial loss suffered by the citizens, especially the traders.
The traders expressed their views in a meeting of various social,religious,trade and non-governmental organisations called by Chamber of Commerce at Agrasen Chhatravas Ravinagar.Former chairman of NCCL, Mahendra Kataria said traders would not be able to sustain the lockdown again.NVCC in particular is opposed to the imposition of lockdown again. He further added that traders and their employees would take to streets in a large number.Kailash Jogani also opposed lockdown. He gave suggestions to the NMC and Mayor to fight COVID-19 transmission.NCCL,SaiSewa Mandal and Agrasen Mandal gave details of the work done by these organisations to fight pandemic.
